In these classes we will learn sets of meditative, energising exercises drawn from Health QiGong, Shibashi, and Confucius Institute MindBody sets.  These relaxed, mindful, flowing movement sequences calm both mind and body, offering a holistic approach to developing good health and resilience.

During this term we will learn 3 basic stances, as well as the WuQinJi or 5-animal frolics.  This playful set of 5  is simple and easy to remember. It is very safe and can be exercised by people of different age groups and stages of practice.

All ages and abilities are welcome, no experience necessary
