NEW, beginning June 27th 2019 – A monthly drop-in class on the last Thursday of each month. We will learn sets of meditative, energising exercises drawn from Chen Tai Chi and Qi Gong. These relaxed, mindful, flowing movement sequences calm both mind and body, offering a holistic approach to developing good health and resilience.
Recent medical research has confirmed the many benefits arising from these ancient systems. These include improvements in cardio-vascular, bone and joint health, cognitive and immune function, flexibility, strength and balance – engendering a sense of harmony and well-being.
All ages and abilities are welcome.
